The Dua to ward off the deception of the obstinate devils is:
أَعُوذُ بكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ الَّتِي لاَ يَجُوزُهُنَّ بَرٌّ وَلاَ فَاجِرٌ مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ وَبَرَأَ وَذَرَأَ وَمِن شَرِّ مَا يَنْزِلُ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ وَمَا يَصْعَدُ فِيهَا وَمِن شَرِّ فِتَنِ النَّارِ وَمِن شَرِّ فِتَنِ الْفِتَنِ وَمِن شَرِّ كُلِّ ذِي شَرٍّ
A'uthu bi kalimaat Allahi al-tammati min sharri ma khalaqa wa bara'a wa dhara'a wa min sharri ma yanzelu min as-samaa'i wa ma yas'adu fiha wa min sharri fitnati an-naari wa min sharri fitnati al-fitan wa min sharri kulli dhi sharr
This translates to:
“I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created and originated, and from the evil of that which descends from the heaven and that which ascends therein, and from the evil of the trial of the fire, and from the evil of the trial of tribulations, and from the evil of every possessor of evil.” [An Nas - Verses 6 & 7 of the Quran]
