Here are some duas for the oppressed, seeking justice and relief:
1. Dua for the Oppressed Themselves:

اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ الْمُنْتَقِمُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ ، وَالْمُعِزُ لِلْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ ، فَأَعِنِّي يَا رَبِّ عَلَى قَوْميَ الظَّالِمِينَ ﴿٦٤﴾ [القصص: 64] (Allahumma anta al-muntaqimu mina al-zalimin, wal-mu’izz li al-mustad’afin, fa’a’inni ya Rabbi ‘ala qawmiy al-zalimin)

Meaning: "O Allah, You are the Avenger of the oppressors and the Giver of strength to the weak. So help me, O my Lord, against my people the oppressors." [This verse from the Quran (28:64) can be recited by the oppressed person seeking Allah's (SWT) help]

اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ الْمُسْتَضعَفِينَ وَالْمُكْرَوْبِينَ وَالْمَظْلُومِينَ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ، وَأَكْلَؤُهُمْ وَاحْفَظْهُمْ وَأَعِنْهُمْ وَتَوَلَّهُمْ وَاهْدِهُمْ وَوَفِّقْهُمْ لِمَا تُحِبُّ وَتَرْضَى ׁ ventilador (Allahumma anji al-mustad’afin wal-mukrobiin wal-mazlumina mina al-muslimeen, wa aklau hum wa hfazhum wa a’in hum wa tawallahum wahdihum wa waffiqhum lima tuhibbu wa tardha)

Meaning: "O Allah, deliver the weak, the distressed, and the oppressed among the Muslims. Provide for them, protect them, support them, care for them, guide them, and grant them success in what You love and are pleased with."
3. Dua for Justice:

اللَّهُمَّ أَقِمِ الْعَدْلَ بَيْنَ الْعِبَادِ (Allahumma aqimi al-‘adla bayna al-ibad)

Meaning: "O Allah, establish justice among Your servants."
