Dua for Seeking Refuge from Distress:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحُزْنِ وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبُنِ وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ (Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazani wal-ajzi wal-kasli wal-bukhli wal-jubni wa dhala'id-dayni wa ghalabatir-rijal)

Meaning: "Allah is sufficient for me. There is no god [worthy of worship] except Him. In Him I trust, and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne." (Quran 2:129)

Meaning: "O Allah, relieve me of the worry of this world, and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave." (Musnad Ahmad)
